About the Founder
Your Gelato
Gent founded Your Gelato in pursuit of his passion.
A graduate in chemical engineering and business administration, he attended the Gelato University in Bologna, Italy, where he learned and practiced the best Italian traditions of artisanal gelato making.
Prior to opening Your Gelato, Gent was involved in the production and distribution of high-quality spirits, business consulting and financial services.
